• Stage 1 – 100% Polypropylene Triple Gradient Sediment filter: Removes Dust, Sediment, Mud, Dirt, Rust, Sand, Slit, and Algae.
• Stage 2 – Coconut Shell Activated Carbon Filter for effective reduction of Chlorine, Volatile Organic Compounds, Pesticides, Herbicides, Taste, Odour and Colour from water.

In the Standard version:

• Stage 3 – Silver Impregnated Carbon Filter for 100% removal of Chlorine, Taste, Odour, Volatile Organic Compounds, Herbicides, Pesticides. This filter is bacteriostatic (prevents the reproduction of bacteria within the filter).

In the premium version:

• Stage 3 – The Aragon Filter represents the most up to- date technology for Water Treatment as it is capable of reducing high percentages of Heavy Metals (on top of Chlorine, Taste, Odour, Pesticides, Herbicides and VOCs) as well as Virus, Bacteria and Parasites removal.

It also inhibits scale growth (but it does NOT Soften the water) especially significant in an area with high TDS (Total Dissolved Solids).

Aragon is a composite polymeric material presented as a single block, with a bacteriostatic silver addition, that makes it possible to get completely safe and healthy drinking water.

Long polymer chains are formed in the production process, providing a porous yet mechanically strong structure. These polymer chains are coated and enable a highly effective ion exchange process.

• To ensure optimal performance and hygiene and to prevent build up of contaminants, we recommend that filters are not used any longer than 18 months. However, replacement frequency depends on water quality and usage.
• Filters should also be changed when rated capacity is reached, or when flow becomes too slow.

Whole House Water Filter Installation Guide

• Operating Temperature: 2°C – 52°C
• Connection Type: 1″ or 3/4″ Ports
• Operating Pressure: 90 psi (320 kPa)
• Flow Rate: 50-60 LPM

• For Cold water use only. Install on COLD water lines only.
• Never install or operate where inlet water pressure may exceed 90 psi (620 kPa)
• Protect from freezing. Remove filter if temperature drop below 1°C.

Guidelines and Warnings

• Where line pressure exceeds 520 kPa, a pressure limiting valve must be installed. Protect the housing from water hammer.
• Use on cold water line only (with water up to 52°C). For installation over 52°C please enquire as to a suitable housing. Protect the housing from freezing.
• Avoid installing in direct sunlight.
• Use PTFE thread seal tape on all connections. Use of pipe sealants will void warranty.
• Do not overtighten. Too much tape or over tightening may cause head to split.
• For point of entry installations an approved dual check backflow prevention device must be fitted in accordance with national plumbing product codes.
• Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection.
• This product must be installed in accordance with local plumbing regulations by a licensed plumber.
