  • Retail customers receive a 5-year warranty on AquaCo Filtration Systems.
  • Wholesale and trade customers receive a 2-year warranty.
  • All systems used in commercial applications carry a 2-year warranty.
  • Industrial reverse osmosis (RO) systems include a 2-year standard warranty.

9. Installation Terms

  • Perth installations: If you decide not to proceed after the on-site review, you will receive a full refund.
  • VIC, QLD, and NSW installations: A call-out fee of AUD $165 (incl. GST) applies if you cancel during the installation appointment, provided there is a reasonable location or additional cost involved in the installation.
  • Cancellations After Goods Have Been Delivered: Since shipping costs are absorbed for customers who choose installation, if a customer decides to keep the goods but not proceed with the installation, and requests a refund for the installation fee after the products have already been delivered, the actual shipping cost of the goods will be deducted from the installation fee.

10. Privacy

Your use of this Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using this Website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
