Are there delays with delivery times?

Yes, depending on the size of your order, we ship via TNT or Australia Post. Shipping Services experience delays due to a significant increase in parcel volumes, reduction in air freight & abiding by social distancing requirements.

How do I get free shipping?

We do offer the option for PICK UP if you do not wish to pay postage, but we do not offer free shipping.

Do you offer express shipping?

Because we are located in WA, we only offer standard shipping as most of the parcels take the same time regardless Express Shipping or not. However, if you’d like to have your order shipped via Express Post, you can contact our sales team at 08 6156 0220. They will advise what would be the total amount for the order and you pay for it on the phone.

How much is postage?

Shipping costs vary according to the category of your product and your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We pick & pack orders almost 24 hours a day, and aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number in your invoice to stay updated on when your parcel will be delivered.

How do I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change any order information once your order has been processed. However, sometimes you can call Australia to re-direct the order. Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.
