Filtration Stages
- Stage 1 – 100% Polypropylene Triple Gradient Sediment filters: Removes Dust, Sediment, Dust, Dirt, Rust, Sand, Slit, and Algae.
Three layers structure cartridge, high contaminant holding capacity, long filter service life.
In the Classic version:
- Stage 2 – Carbon Filter: Most effective at removing chlorine, Taste, Odour, Volatile organic compounds, Herbicides, Pesticides. This filter is bacteriostatic.
In the Premium version:
- Stage 2 – Aragon Filter: Filter with Aragon Polymers in the outer layer and coconut shell carbon with silver impregnated in the core.
Unique Effective Technology for viruses and bacteria removal
- Laboratory Tested in Russia and USA on real hepatitis A virus, noroviruses, rotaviruses and MS2 virus model showed their complete removal up to concentration of 108 pc/ml.
- Laboratory tested to Retain Viruses and Bacteria by L’Institut Pasteur.
World Class Filtration Media
- Aragon Filter (Patent No. 2287356 dd. 30.06.2015) combines mechanical; ion exchange, adsorption; and electric adsorption water filtration methods (4 Filters would be required to replace what an Aragon filter can do).
- Designed and manufactured in Europe
Maintenance
Replacement Filters
How often should I replace my filter cartridges?
To ensure optimal performance and hygiene and to prevent build up of contaminants, we recommend that filters are not used any longer than 12-18 months. However, replacement frequency depends on water quality and usage.
Filters should also be changed when rated capacity is reached, or when flow becomes too slow.

Guidelines and Warnings
- Where line pressure exceeds 520 kPa, a pressure limiting valve must be installed. Protect the housing from water hammer.
- Use on cold water line only (with water up to 52°C). For installation over 52°C please enquire as to a suitable housing. Protect the housing from freezing.
- Avoid installing in direct sunlight.
- Use PTFE thread seal tape on all connections. Use of pipe sealants will void warranty.
- Do not overtighten. Too much tape or over tightening may cause head to split.
- For point of entry installations an approved dual check backflow prevention device must be fitted in accordance with national plumbing product codes.
- Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection.
- This product must be installed in accordance with local plumbing regulations by a licensed plumber.

What’s the use of a whole house water filter?
Whole House Water Filters are an all-in-one solution for filtered water in the entire household. This is because they are installed at the entry point of the scheme water supply of your house. Therefore, they can filter the water before coming into the house.
What’s the difference between Premium or Classic Filters?
Depending on the filters you choose, premium or standard filters, you can choose what contaminants to remove from the water. Whereas, standard filters only reduce chlorine, pesticides, herbicides and volatile organic compounds, premium filters remove the same contaminants, but also remove chloramines, heavy metals, viruses, parasites and bacteria. Dirt, sand, silt, rust and other sediments are removed in both options.
As a result, the water coming into your house will be free from dirt and the contaminants that concern you the most.
Will I have Hot and Cold Filtered Water?
Generally, other water filters are installed either at the shower, kitchen or in the laundry and are connected to the cold water line, so in this way, you would end up with three separate water filters in your house, and if you use the hot water, the hot water is not filtered.
With a whole house water filter, you can avoid having separate filters scattered throughout the house and have only one water filter for your entire house. And because is installed before the water heater, the hot water line in your house will be filtered as well.
Will my system get hot during the summer?
No, this 2 Stage System has high quality components, for example, has a frame, a bracket, and a cover made of stainless steel. The pressure gauges combine glass and stainless steel. The stainless steel components are corrosion resistant and protect the system from UV rays, sun damage and other extreme conditions. Furthermore, stainless steel reflects the sunlight whilst keeping low temperatures during the summer.
In addition, because the cover is made of stainless steel will not discolour or go brittle like plastic covers do.
Also, the Stainless Steel Frame and Bracket give rigidity to the system this means that these will not rust or bend over time compared to powder coated components found in other systems.
Will the connections crack under pressure?
We use 1” or 3/4″ heavy-duty brass reinforced connections for high water pressure and maximum durability. Other systems in the market have plastic ports and these crack easily under pressure.
Can I change the filters myself?
Yes, we use simple twist-off housings and drop-and-go filter design for quick replacement.
An opening tool (spanner) is supplied for tightening and screwing the filter housings.
How long do the filters last?
Each set of filters lasts for up to 300,000 Litres (depends on water quality) or 12 months of use on average.
Also, because the filters are 20″ x 4.5″ in size, they offer twice filtration capacity compared to 10″ x 4.5″ filters. This also means that our 20″ x 4.5″ filters need changing every 12-18 months instead of 3-6 months like 10″ x 4.5″ filters.
What’s the difference between 20″ x 4.5″ and 10″ x 4.5″ Filters?
100% More Capacity – Our filters are 20” x 4.5″ in size, they double the contact time, flow rates, longevity and chemical removal rates, compared to smaller 10” x 4.5″ filters on the market.
