Maintenance and Service

To ensure optimal performance and hygiene and to prevent build up of contaminants, we recommend that filters are not used any longer than 12 months. However, replacement frequency depends on water quality and usage. Filters should also be changed when rated capacity is reached, or when flow becomes too slow.

To reduce the risk of property damage due to water leakage:

• For Cold water use only. Install on COLD water lines only.
• Never install or operate where inlet water pressure may exceed 120 psi (827kPa)
• Protect from freezing. Remove filter if temperature drop below 1°C.

* Caution: Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
